Rasheed Dennis is a global travel curator, hospitality entrepreneur, DJ and host, community builder, and Co-Founder and Co-CEO of The Black Yacht Week. For more than 20 years, he has built international trips that bring together luxury travel, yachting, culture, food, wine, spirits, music, and real connection.

As the founder of International Swagger, Rasheed has curated luxury vacations, yacht experiences, destination celebrations, cultural excursions, culinary experiences, and exclusive events throughout the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, and beyond. Having traveled to more than 90 countries and lived internationally in Brazil and Mexico, he brings a global perspective and an authentic understanding of what transforms a trip into an unforgettable lifestyle experience.

A proud Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Rasheed was initiated through the Gamma Kappa Chapter at Clark Atlanta University and currently serves as Polemarch of the Mexico Alumni Chapter. His leadership within the Divine Nine and his deep commitment to fellowship, achievement, and community inspired his vision for an experience created specifically for members of the greater Divine Nine family.

Claire B Soares is the founder of Up in the Air Life and Co-Founder and Co-CEO of The Black Yacht Week. For more than a decade she has been a pioneer in yachting created specifically for Black professionals, hosting voyages through the British Virgin Islands, Greece, Croatia, the Seychelles, the Bahamas, and Thailand, and building an audience the industry had long overlooked.

Through Up in the Air Life, Claire has spent that decade proving a simple point: that our community belongs in the world's most beautiful places, at the highest standard of hospitality, traveling together. Her trips are known for the details guests remember long after they're home: the welcome that lands, the table booked at exactly the right hour, and the room where strangers become a group chat that never goes quiet.

Alongside Rasheed, Claire curated the original Croatia Megayacht experience: more than 120 guests hosted across four weeks on the Adriatic, and the voyage that made the case for everything that followed.

The Greek Yacht Week is the next chapter of that work: the same coastline, the same standard, now built for the Divine Nine and the greater Black Greek community.
